Who we are
LetMeCall was created for home service businesses — HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and more. We know that missed calls mean lost revenue, and hiring a full-time receptionist isn’t always an option.
Our AI voice dispatcher picks up the phone on your behalf, speaks to the customer naturally, understands what they need, checks if their address is in your service area, and books them directly into your calendar. By the time you see it, the job is already scheduled.

Every call is recorded, transcribed, and summarized. Customer details, job notes, and booking history are saved automatically in one place.
Web chat & QR codes — available now
Enable web chat for your Assistant and share its link or QR code. Customers can ask about your services without creating an account. The chat uses your published instructions and business information; SMS phone verification protects booking and appointment changes. Voice calls remain available independently.
WhatsApp integration — in development
We are building an optional WhatsApp connection for businesses using LetMeCall. Each business will authorize access to its own WhatsApp Business account through Meta and configure its Assistant in LetMeCall. Account identifiers, customer identifiers, messages and delivery statuses will be used to answer service questions and handle appointment requests for that business. This integration is not yet available to external businesses; launch depends on completing development, testing and the required Meta reviews.

Built on consent and trust
We take telecommunications compliance seriously. SMS follow-ups to calls are only sent after verbal consent is obtained from the customer during the call. Every message clearly identifies the business, operates under TCPA/10DLC guidelines, and allows recipients to opt out instantly by replying STOP. We never sell contact information or share it for marketing; service providers process it only to deliver the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
