Account Deletion

Overview
This page explains how to request deletion of your LetMeCall account and associated data. It applies to the main LetMeCall web platform and the LetMeCall Tech mobile app.
If your account is managed by your employer or business workspace, we may need to confirm the request with the workspace owner before removing work-related records.
How to request deletion
Submit the request form below using the email address connected to your account. Include your name, workspace or business name, and whether you use the web dashboard, the technician mobile app, or both.
You can also open the Profile screen in the mobile app and choose Request account deletion.
What is deleted
After verification, we delete or de-identify account data associated with your request, including:
- account profile details;
- technician profile and schedule records, where applicable;
- workspace access for the deleted account;
- device push tokens linked to the account;
- non-required personal data associated with the account.
What we may keep
We may retain limited records when required for legal, tax, security, fraud-prevention, billing, dispute-resolution, or compliance reasons. Business records created for a workspace may remain available to the workspace owner if they are needed to operate the service or comply with legal obligations.
Timeline
We will acknowledge deletion requests within 30 days. If we need additional verification, we will explain what is required. Once verified, deletion is completed within a reasonable period unless retention is legally required.
